Case Study of CTI Logistics Ltd

Expanding West Australian transport group CTI Logistics has leased a massive hardstand facility with a warehouse in an industrial precinct at Bibra Lake, south of Perth. The property at 71 Howson Way, Bibra Lake, was leased in a deal negotiated by John Cowan of Ray White Commercial Perth.
