Expanding West Australian transport group CTI Logistics has leased a massive hardstand facility with a warehouse in an industrial precinct at Bibra Lake, south of Perth. The property at 71 Howson Way, Bibra Lake, was leased in a deal negotiated by John Cowan of Ray White Commercial Perth. John Cowan said the facility offers a land area of 12,397 sqm with a 450 sqm warehouse and the current owner John Walsh was bituminising the property for the new tenant. Read more..
