Montagu Evans acquired this prime south east leisure park in May 2010 for Legal & General for £10.52 million, reflecting a 6.90% NIY and successfully added significant value through an active management approach. The scheme totals 51,300 sq ft and comprises a Cineworld cinema and four restaurant/retail units let to McDonalds, KFC, Frankie & Benny’s and Blockbuster.
