Company Overview: Founded in 2003, Island Stock Transfer is a division of Island Capital Management, LLC based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Island Stock Transfer is a full service transfer agency registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and is a participant of the DWAC-FAST system with DTCC. The company provides services to over 500 clients and their shareholders. Island Stock Transfer services include, but not limited to, recording shareholder ownership, corporate actions, full annual meeting services and information mailings.
The Business Problem: The company needed an efficient, secureand easy way to manage a variety of sensitive documents. They needed the ability to share sensitive client information between all staff and in branch offices and track, monitor and share projects, documents and confidential communications in a secure cloud-based environment. Prior to implementing the PSI platform the company had no facility where they could share emails and other communications across its various group, resulting in customer frustration having to repeatedly explain what they needed.
