One of the mission critical processes within Linklaters’ business is document management and production. Across the organisation thousands of documents need to be processed every day in one of Linklaters three data centres in London, New York and Hong Kong to service Europe, America and Asia Pacific. All documents, from terms of agreement, to employee contracts, to court demands have to go through a complex creation and tracking process that includes each one being checked and examined for use of English and relevance to law. In order to handle the huge number of documents that need to be processed the data centres operate around the clock with around 250 people working at any given time.
