On the surface, the questions we ask are seemingly straightforward: What do you do? The essence. How do you do it? The features. Why does it matter? The benefits. It sounds easy, but in reality, many companies struggle to communicate these concepts. We applied this principle to a project we recently completed for Foss National Leasing. Established in 1962, Foss has grown to become Canada’s largest independent fleet leasing company.
