The Overview: Forest Oil and its subsidiaries are engaged in the exploration, acquisition, development, production and marketing of natural gas and crude oil in the United States and in select international locations. Corporate headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado, with principal reserves and producing properties in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
The Challenge: In 2009, Forest Oil was manually creating, routing, and approving over 2000 AFEs per year using routing slips, and manually entering their approved AFEs into their accounting system, BOLO.
