Ray White North Stradbroke Island services the three townships on North Stradbroke Island – Point Lookout, Dunwich and Amity Point providing both holiday and permanent rentals. When moving offices in 2007, the agency took the opportunity to design the office around more sustainable business practices and efficient energy use. Through a series of small initiatives relating to lighting, air conditioning and waste Ray White has significantly reduced our environmental footprint.
Getting started: When the Ray White Real Estate agency moved to a new premise in November 2007 its principal, Rae Green, decided to design the new office in an environmentally friendly manner. They installed eco friendly lighting and employed experts to assess their lighting configuration and ensure they were not using more than was necessary.
