Case Study for Department of Children and Family Services

The Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) serves hundreds of thousands of Louisianans in need. In times of economic hardship, the demand for social services rises, but government udgets become more and more strained. DCFS shoulders the responsibility to protect, support, and encourage Louisianans in need wherever they are, and whatever those needs might be, including food, employment, and childcare.
