Abstract: CPM, a technique for analyzing projects by determining the longest sequence of tasks (or the sequence of task with the least slack) through a project network Organizations today are also increasingly using virtual project management teams. They are procuring expertise and materials from all corners of the world. Therefore, CPM and CCM process are even more complicated than in the past. These environments also create their own problems and bottleneck that have to be also considered when studying and process or situation.
