Challenge: transitioning to new websites without incurring downtime or impact on performance The company has 80 employees based in the UK;15 developers in Bath and eight people within the IT team at its headquarters in Welwyn Garden City. The team is responsible for managing seven public websites, as well as secure sites that the merchants use. The sites are run from PayPoint.net’s two data centres, one in London and a private facility at the HQ.As the business continued to grow, the PayPoint.net marketing team were exploring different channels to reach customers, including an increase in paid search and email marketing.
