Background: The rapid economic growth during the last decade in China, India, Brazil, and South Africa has major implications for the natural resources around the world. These countries have demonstrated that in a decade it is possible to generate massive wealth, thereby radically improving their position in global financial circles.
These countries have a vision for themselves as well as for other developing countries.
