Mythology, in partnership with creative agency Auge+Gray Collective Works, embarked on a comprehensive re-branding and member growth initiative. The effort included in-depth surveys, focus groups and interviews with existing and prospective members that uncovered several potential positioning opportunities. After several rounds of testing and validation, the Element Federal Credit Union was born, including the “We’re in this together!” and “Be in your Element” messaging framework. Multi-faceted brand launch and member engagement programs have been deployed that include media relations, social media, event marketing, e-newsletters and a full branch retail makeover.
